They did take a while to get back to me, which was a little frustrating at first. I wasn’t really sure if they were going to respond, but eventually they did, and they were able to help me out

I had to swap my bag for a different color, it was easy. Support got back to me within a day, explained everything clearly, and the new bag showed up sooner than I thought it would. The return label worked without any issues too. So yeah, no complaints from me.

The bag does look good, and I’ll give it credit for having a different design than a lot of the usual styles out there. But for what I was charged, I expected it to feel a lot more premium. The leather is okay, just not amazing, and the inside is smaller than I thought it would be. Shipping was fine overall, though I did wish there had been a bit more update along the way. It’s not a bad bag at all, I just don’t really feel like it matches the luxury price tag.

The bag itself is decent, honestly. Not amazing, not bad, just a nice bag. But then the customs fees showed up, and that kind of threw the whole thing off for me. I thought I was paying one price, and then suddenly there was this extra cost I wasn’t ready for. Maybe I missed it somewhere, but it really should’ve been clearer before checkout. By the time everything was added up, it felt way more expensive than I expected.

I’m happy with the bag itself. The design is clean, it feels nice to carry, and it looks just like I hoped it would. Nothing too flashy, just a solid everyday bag that gets compliments here and there.

That said, I was hoping to find more clear info about the sustainability side of things. I couldn’t really see much about the materials, factories, or how they’re reducing waste, and the packaging felt like a bit much for one bag. Maybe they’re doing good work behind the scenes, but for the price, I’d like it to be easier to understand.

I tried using this the other day after making coffee and sitting down to get a few things done, but i found it hard to use. Maybe it gets easier once you spend more time with it, but right away it wasn’t very intuitive for me

I used a promo code and saved a little, which was great. Checkout was easy too. I just wish they offered deals more often, i was a bit annoyed that the promo details weren’t communicated more clearly upfront.

The bag looked really nice when I first got it, but the strap started cracking after only about two weeks. I expected it to hold up longer than that. Maybe I just got a bad one, but it definitely doesn’t feel worth the money to me.

I ordered from mlouye and it showed up in about a week. I was mainly paying attention to the tracking and the condition of the bag, and both were fine. The tracking updated normally, and even though the box had a small dent, the bag itself was perfectly okay. Overall I’m happy with it, but I’d probably give 5 stars if the delivery had been a little faster.

I really like the bag designs on mlouye.com, but it was kind of annoying how many of the colors I wanted were already sold out. I kept checking back like it was my job and still couldn’t get my first choice. The site itself is easy enough to use, so that wasn’t the issue, it’s more that the inventory situation could definitely be better. Not a bad experience overall, but come on, restock the good colors already.

But the leather just feels kind of okay for what I paid. Up close, it’s a little stiff and not as soft or luxe as I was expecting. Maybe it depends on the style or something, I’m not sure. Nothing has gone wrong with it so far, but I was hoping it would feel more premium. I’d say 3 stars.

I didn’t expect a bag to need this much babying. The care instructions feel like a lot, like avoid water, avoid heat, avoid oils, watch out for denim transfer, avoid everything, basically. One little spill and it feels like the whole thing is ruined. It’s just too much, too much for something I wanted to use every day

The bags look really nice, and I was ready to buy without much hesitation. But the checkout process got annoying fast. I expected more payment options, or at least an easier way to split the payment. Ended up having to use my card, which isn’t always my first choice. For the price, I just expected better.

i mean, it looked just like the pictures when it arrived. No weird surprises or anything, which I really appreciated.
